A: Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. If needed, use a low-heat iron with a pressing cloth — never iron the bow directly.

A: Orders are prepared in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you offer gift-ready packaging?

A: Yes — every order is packaged with grace and intention. If your order is a gift, you may leave a note at checkout.

Q: My package shows “delivered” but I can’t find it.

A: Packages sometimes scan early. Please allow 24–48 hours. If it doesn’t appear, email us at and we’ll help.

A: At this time, all sales are final. Because each item is prepared with intention and packaged with care, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details and selected styles before completing checkout.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Yes — if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Orders begin processing within 24 hours.

Q: I received an item that arrived damaged — what do I do?

A: Oh no — we’re so sorry. If your item arrives damaged, email us at within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll take care of it right away.
